Exploring the intersections of pattern, sound and contemplative practices, to further the depth of my creative works. Although I do not have a specific aim I periodically inquire about the intersections of roughly three main branches of understanding: the study of contemplative practices, of patterns, structures and systems, and of sound, silence and listening. I draw from a variety of fields in order to do this. These combined inquiries guide me and assist me inspirationally and practically and heavily permeate and influence my works. I strongly believe these inquiries are fundamental to my creative work and life. The track included below is one of dozens of field recordings I do wherever I am. They are a contemplative aural observation of everyday patterns.
